From you
Context and decisions
- The business problem in your own words
- A decision-maker and someone close to the day-to-day work
- Access, content, feedback and approvals when the plan calls for them
You bring the business problem. We turn it into a shared plan, prove the work as we go, and hand it over without making the process feel heavier than the project.
Every step ends with something you can read, approve or use. You always know what happens next, what it costs and who needs to decide.

Meet
The first meeting is free. We get to know you, the business context and the high-level requirements. A polished brief is not required, and confidential detail can wait.
DecisionWhether we are useful to each other.
Discover
If we agree to continue, discovery begins. The initial fee covers a proposed solution and up to two feedback iterations so we can sharpen the direction together.
You receiveA written direction, assumptions, boundaries and next step.
Agree
We set out deliverables, dates, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and price in one proposal. You approve the plan before the build begins.
You approveScope, schedule, ownership and commercial terms.
Build and prove
We deliver in visible increments and verify each one against the agreed result. Progress is something you can see, not a status line you have to take on faith.
You seeWorking progress, decisions and evidence as the build moves.
Handover
You receive the deliverables, documentation and a training session. The work is built to keep running with your team, with ours, or with whoever comes next.
You ownThe agreed deliverables and the knowledge to operate them.
The process stays light when the right people and information arrive at the right moment. We keep the list short.

From us
Here is the part you should not have to decode. The actual build dates and price are confirmed in the proposal before work starts.
USD 0
A conversation to understand the client, the business problem and the high-level requirements.
USD 150
Includes the proposed solution and up to two feedback iterations. Further iterations are billed at the agreed hourly rate.
1 to 2 weeks, then 6 to 8
Discovery typically runs for 1 to 2 weeks. A fixed-scope build typically runs for 6 to 8 weeks. Larger work is split into agreed phases.
40 / 30 / 30
Unless the proposal says otherwise: 40% to commence, 30% on design approval and 30% on completion.
The documents exist to make decisions clear and protect both sides. They are part of the process, not an obstacle course before it.
